POOL & SPA FACILITIES:

• *It is generally not necessary to heat the Pool in the Summer months with pool temperatures reaching the high 70s and low 80s by virtue of the extreme heat.
• *In other months the pool is not heated unless the renter has requested pool heating in advance at an additional cost:
  • – Pool heating can be arranged a minimum of 1 day in advance at an
    additional fee of $200/day (minimum charge of 3 days = $800).
  • – Why is it so expensive? The pool is a 22-foot wide by 75-foot long, 5-lane lap pool. Imagine “your local high school pool” with over 46,000 gallons of water! This pool is 5x bigger than the average pool you see listed on Airbnb. Add to this the night air temperatures, particularly in the winter, can dip into the 30s along with the price of propane – and there you have it – Not Cheap!
  • – Pool heated temperature, when hired, will be right around 80 degrees*Spa can always be heated by guests onsite at no additional cost.
